It’s a cleaning service. We operate the equipment, so there’s nothing for you to buy, manage or worry about.
What keeps the robot connected to the building?
The unit remains against the surface and connected to a safety line that runs to a roof anchor. The building’s access and anchor arrangements are reviewed as part of planning.
What happens if work needs to stop?
A site plan needs to account for stopping and recovering the equipment. The recovery arrangements, operating conditions and manufacturer’s requirements should be agreed before any work begins.
Will the clean disrupt the building?
Access, timing and any ground level restrictions depend on the site. Those needs are discussed before agreeing the scope, so building management can plan around them.
Which facades are suitable?
Flat glass and suitable smooth stone are the starting point. Deep mullions, uneven joints and projections need closer review. A walkthrough helps establish whether the building is a fit.
Do you use the building’s existing roof equipment?
We review the available anchors, roof access and any existing equipment during assessment. Compatibility and the final rigging arrangement are specific to each building.
Can we book now?
Yes, you can book your building in now to reserve priority scheduling. We’re aiming to go live in January 2027.
