Robotic facade cleaning · Dubai

On every building we clean,
nobody hangs off the side.

Clearise operates certified robotic systems that clean high-rise glass facades from a safety line anchored to the roof, not a person hanging from one.

The industry today

Rope access asks a person to hang from a wall, every time, on every building.

It depends on wind, on a harness, on a rope that has to hold and a knot that has to be right. One person, one line, a hundred metres up, in Dubai heat. It works, until the one day it doesn't. Clearise removes the person from that position entirely, not by cutting corners, but by changing what does the climbing.

The alternative

This is what changes.

How it works

The robot does the climbing. The crew stays on the roof.

01

Rigged to what's already there

Uses the building's existing certified roof anchors. No new hardware bolted to your building.

02

Drives itself, in every direction

Moves up, down and across the face on its own path. The rope follows as a safety belay, not as how it moves.

03

Never left hanging

If anything interrupts a clean, the unit self-locks in place and is recovered by a trained crew, not left swinging.

04

A trained crew, on the roof

People stay on the roof for the entire clean. Nobody is ever suspended over the edge of the building.

The system

Built for continuous vertical work, not a one-off stunt.

Every Clearise unit runs on its own onboard battery, plans its own path across the face of the building, and cleans with a water-fed brush rather than a squeegee dragged by hand. It's finished, commercially available equipment, engineered and rated for outdoor, high-rise conditions, not a prototype. We operate it, maintain it, and put our own name on the side of it.

The promise

On every building we clean,
nobody hangs off the side.

Every clean uses a certified anchor point, a trained on-site crew, and a robotic system engineered to fail safe, not fail down.

“I moved to Dubai in January 2026. Within weeks I noticed something that felt out of place in a city built around the idea of the future: people still hanging from ropes to clean glass towers hundreds of metres in the air. In a place defined by ambition, that was the one part that hadn't caught up yet, and it's why this company exists.”

Questions

What building managers actually ask.

Is this safe for people on the ground?

Yes. The unit is secured to a certified roof anchor for the entire clean, and if it loses power mid-face, it self-locks in place rather than dropping. A trained crew stays on the roof throughout, ready to recover it if needed.

What happens if it gets stuck or something goes wrong?

It self-locks and stays exactly where it is. There's no free-fall failure mode. The on-site crew handles recovery manually from the roof.

Will this disrupt our building or tenants?

No interior access is required. Everything happens from the roof and the exterior face of the building, on a schedule you agree to in advance.

What kind of facades can you clean?

Flush glass and smooth stone facades today. Buildings with deep mullions or uneven joints need a site assessment first. We'll tell you honestly if a building isn't a fit yet rather than guess.

Do you need access to our BMU or existing equipment?

No. The system connects to its own certified anchor point. If your building already has a BMU, we can factor that into planning, but it isn't required.

Are you insured?

Public liability coverage is being finalized as part of company setup. We'll share documentation with you before any live work begins on your building.
